The foundation of our philosophy at Lee’s Learning reflects a homelike atmosphere within a caring and stimulating environment where all children can feel safe and secure.
We achieve this by delivering a nurturing, compassionate and warm atmosphere, by following the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards.
We consider ‘the power of play’ as an integral part of a child’s early development. Lee’s learning incorporates meaningful outcome-based activities, open ended questioning and discussions that facilitates language, the regulating of emotions, creativity and social skills.
At Lee’s Learning, educators foster play through children’s natural curiosity by nurturing imagination and providing children with a sense of adventure. Through this, they will learn essential skills such as problem solving, working with others and sharing.
With an intentional and flexible learning environment, the children at Lee’s Learning develop the skills to become self-confident, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Children will have the opportunity to grow at their own pace and develop a respect for others in a non-sexist environment.
