Hi! My name is Yvonne Belleza. I came from the Northern part of Philippines. I have been in Australia since 2014.I graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Registered Nurse in Philippines. I have been working as a school nurse for 17 years in the Department of Education, Cordillera Administrative Region within ages 3 to 11 years old. Through my training and experiences, I have acquired a number of skills pertinent to child care. Furthermore, I have also learned professional qualities and learning strategies that could be a great advantage to succeed in my roles and responsibilities. After my early retirement in the government I decided to apply student visa in Australia. I enrolled at AICL and finished Certificate III- IV in Aged care. I worked as a personal carer for two years in Mark Moran at Little Bay an aged care facility while studying.

I also studied and finished my Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care at MEGT Institute. During my study I worked in Lady Gowrie at Malabar for a couple months as casual. Just recently, I finished my Diploma in Early Childhood and Care at the same institution. I did my first work placement in Lee’s Learning Centre last June 2016 while doing my diploma and luckily I was employed as casual until now as a reliable and hardworking child care assistant of Lee’s Learning Centre. I always enjoy the company of children and understand how important child care activities are. My experience taught me that children need to be looked after properly at every stage in their daily routine .In fact, how we take care of to them today decides how their tomorrow is being molded. Thank you!
